Could you cater for a hungry multitude? Are you equally adept at flipping a burger and serving up a sophisticated restaurant meal? If your answer’s ‘yes’, we definitely want to hear from you! You could find yourself working in a variety of busy food and drink outlets such as bars, retail food, mobile BBQ and hot dog units, half board and cook-to-order restaurants, so you’ll need to be multi-skilled and adaptable. Each Centre has a number of busy bars, serving up to 3,000 guests at any one time.

Our half board Centres run large, professional kitchens serving up to 2,000 guests at a sitting. Needed are chefs to fill all positions from conference banqueting to short order duties. We also have roles for restaurant service staff and catering support, such as kitchen porters. A bright and bubbly personality is essential, combined with a passion for sales and top-class service since your responsibilities could include serving food and drink, taking money, operating tills, stock checking and ordering. Catering and Bar qualifications are desirable, though full training including basic food hygiene will be provided.
